FLIKKS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to your use of [Tryflikk.com] Website, and the TryFlikk mobile applications, owned or operated by Flikk for Web Design and Development WLL (a company incorporated in the State of Kuwait). This Privacy Policy shall apply to all users of Flikk Services including vendors and their clients and the Flikk Platform and forms part of our Terms of Use.

By Using our Platform, you warrant that the personal information you provide is yours  and that the said personal information provided directly to us or that  we collect through your use of the Platform may be transferred to and stored into a secure cloud Server in MySQI Database [/ may be transferred to and stored in the [Insert jurisdiction] and handled as described by this Policy.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT

This is the information you provide to us through text fields  at the time of registering an account such as your name or email. This Information will differ depending on whether you create an account as a Vendor or a Client.

You may Sign up/ Register for Flikk  through the mobile application or using a social network account, Apple account  or a Google account. While signing up using a Facebook or Google account, we will ask for permission to access basic information such as your name, email and profile picture. You may choose to stop sharing that information with us at any time  by removing  Flikk’s access to your Facebook or Google accounts and your ability to log in through those accounts.

1. Message

A Message is any individual or company who joins the Flikk platform to view, book or purchase a Vendor’s Goods, Sessions or Services. As a Message you  are required to provide the following personal  information upon signing up;

• Full Name
• Username
• Password
• Email
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Current Location
• Sports Interests
• Bio (Optional)
• Profile Picture(Optional)

As a Registered user who intends on purchasing or booking any goods, services or sessions offered by Vendors on the Flikk Website, you must provide your payment information to our payment processors. Flikk does not receive your full card details; rather the Payment Processors provide Flikk with a token that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type and the last four digits of your card number. Should you be required to provide any additional information to the payment processor then they shall also provide us with that information.

We collect  and process the information about the goods, services or sessions booked/purchased and how often you book or purchase a vendor's goods/services or sessions.

1. Vendors

A Vendor is an individual or a Company that joins the Flikk’s membership Platform to offer certain goods or services  to Clients. As a Vendor you must provide the following personal information upon signing up;

• Username
• Full Name
• Email
• Password
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Profession
• Current Location 
• Bank Account Details including IBAN Number 
• A Biography
• Profile Picture
• Upload copy of Civil ID ( Front and Back)
• Upload  a Passport (Information Page)
• Upload a personal Professional Photo 

In order to receive payment, You must create  an account with our payment Partner [ Insert Name]. Aside from your Bank information we may also require additional information for tax purposes which you must provide.

1.  INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED

We  collect information automatically as you navigate the website, application or any of our third party providers. We may store Usage Information such as the type of device used to access Flikk, your operating system, browser type, IP address, device ID, user interactions, Links Clicked and your search items. We also derive  your location from your self disclosed country, your IP address and your Payment Card.

1.  INFORMATION SHARED WITH OTHER FLIKK USERS

By becoming a Customer of a Vendor, you agree to have the following information shared with that Vendor;

• Your name, email address and other necessary  profile information provided.
• Your Physical address, City, State and Country.
• Your Sports Interests.
• Any messages sent to Vendors through Flikk.

1.  INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES

We may obtain additional information from third parties and sources other than Flikk Services such as social media networks for which you have approved our access. When you access Flikk services through Social media networks or when you connect Flikk Services to social media networks, You are authorizing Flikk to Collect, store and use such additional information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We use the additional information to supplement the information  we collect about you in order to provide more relevant experiences for you  as well as improve our services. All the additional information collected will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. AGGREGATION OF DATA

We aggregate and centralize your personal data for purposes of analytics, innovation and to provide better service to you as a user of Flikk services.

We may from time to time solicit your participation in user surveys. In order to better understand and serve our user base, We may ask you to provide us with demographic information  which may include age, race and accessibility. You are at liberty to share or not share this information. This information will be used to ensure that we provide fair and equal access to our services as well as to showcase Vendors for greater discoverability. The information collected during the survey will be stored as and when you participate in the surveys.

1.  HOW FLIKK DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may deal with your Personal data  for the purposes  as described   in the prior section of this privacy Policy  and in the following ways:

• Internally with other relevant departments within Flikk , in order to provide and improve services for marketing purposes and for advertising.
• With our business partners, marketing partners and vendors to provide, improve and personalize the services.
• With other registered users of Flikk Series in the context of specific features that are social in nature. Further any information you post or disclose in our forums is public.
• We may also share the personal information you provide  with our marketing and advertising partners  for advertising and  marketing purposes  on the Flikk Platforms on our behalf or on behalf of third parties.
• With certain companies for purposes of analytics and improvements of  our services.
• Any information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to protect Flikk from potential liability or from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims, or allegations; protect the security or integrity of the Flikk Services; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Flikk, our users, or others.
• We may  also share  non personally identifiable information publicly with our partners  like publishers,advertisers or developers. We share this information publicly to show trends about the general use of our services. 

1. MARKETING ACTIVITIES

By agreeing to our terms of use, you expressly agree that We may perform the following marketing activities;

• Provide you with  information about our services or  service enhancements while you are using  our website or our apps.
• Send you marketing  emails.
• Market Flikk to you and audiences similar  to you based on your networks  and common factors that others have with you unless you opt out.
• Send you messages regarding  your existing service or improvements related to your existing service when you are off our platform via email if you have signed up for  a service or event notification that text messages.

You may object to the use of your data for marketing purposes at any time, free of charge when we collect your personal information and in every marketing communication. Please allow  a period of 21 days  for your opt out request  to be processed.

We will never sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

We will  only share data with third parties other than with Flikk users  under the following circumstances with your consent:

• With  certain third party partners in order  to  offer certain goods, services or programs.

• We use cookies, mobile device IDs, advertising IDs, general location data , app or service usage data, data from connected devices that integrate with our services for purposes of interest based, cross app, and cross device advertising.   

1.   ACCOUNT DELETION

You can change  your email notifications in your email settings or the Flikk App if you  downloaded the application on your mobile device. You can disable the mobile notifications in the app settings.

In the event that  Flikk is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we shall continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information or give affected users notice before any personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
